Our Pastor, Millard C. Sasser, is a native
Floridian. He was saved at the age of 12 and answered the call to the ministry at age 16. While still a student in high school,
Pastor conducted a faith supported weekly radio broadcast.
Pastor attended Okaloosa Walton Junior College,
The University of West Florida, and Free Will Baptist Bible College. He graduated from Missouri Baptist College, St Louis,
MO., and Covenant Theological Seminary, also in St. Louis. His majors were in Social Psychology and Theology.
Pastor Sasser has served in numerous capacities
of ministry within our Denomination including the Executive Committee of the National Association, Moderator of the Missouri
State Association and Executive Secretary of the Florida State Association. He is currently the Moderator of the California
State Association of Free Will Baptists and he serves on the General Board of the National Association.
Pastor also served as the Academic Dean and
professor at California Christian College in Fresno. He serves as an instructor for the Russian extension of the college in
Sacramento, CA. He recently completed a teaching trip to Russia through the Free Will Baptist International Missions Department.
Pastor and his wife, Margie Emmons Sasser
have been married 44 years. They have three daughters who are all active in the ministries of their local church in Clovis,
CA. They also have 4 grandchildren. Margie is a pianist, organist, soloist, and speaker, as well as being very active in the
church's ministry. She graduated from Fontbonne College in St. Louis, MO.
Pastor Sasser is a faithful preacher and teacher
of the Word of God. He believes, without question, that the Bible is the inspired and unfailing Word of God. He also believes
that God reveals Himself and His great love for all humanity in the book called the Holy Bible. He teaches that: "God's grace
is sufficient to save everyone, and efficient to save each one who, through repentance of sin, will come to Jesus Christ in
faith." He is also available for counseling.
